| Use of the following checklist before submitting artwork will help reduce the proofing cycle time to a minimum.
Document Construction Tips for ALL Programs
Step 1: Utilities Menu > Usage... Check Font and Picture usage (no missing fonts, all font styles should be plain, all picture link status OK)
Step 2: Allow for 1/8" Bleed. Extend bleed objects no less than 1/8" beyond the edge of the page.
Step 3: Confirm the page size (Layout > Layout Properties) matches the desired page size for this order.
Step 4: Last stop for final check. We recommend running spell check and printing proofs at 100% on a PostScript printer and checking content carefully.
Step 5: File Menu > Collect for Output... select Layout, Linked Pictures and Fonts checkboxes, Save to a new "Collect" folder on the Desktop.
Step 6: Create a press ready PDF file. File > Export > Layout as PDF... Navigate to "Collect" folder created in step 5, PDF Style: "Press - High Quality/High Resolution."
Step 7: Create a Stuffit archive or MacOS zip archive of your Collect folder, then upload the archive to our website.
